These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of BYLOADS, operated by ERATIQUE ENTERPRISE, and to purchases made through our website.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Products and Services
BYLOADS provides digital products and services including mobile reloads, reload PINs, gift cards, vouchers, game PINs and other digital products.
Product availability, denominations, supported countries and operators may change from time to time.
Some products may only be valid for specific countries, regions, accounts or platforms. Customers are responsible for checking product information before placing an order.
2. Orders
An order is considered received after it has been successfully submitted through our website.
We may contact you for additional information where reasonably necessary to verify or fulfil an order.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or hold an order where there is suspected fraud, payment irregularity, incorrect information, product unavailability or another reasonable security concern.
3. Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order.
For mobile reloads and similar services, you must carefully check:
- Country or region
- Mobile number
- Operator
- Recharge amount
BYLOADS is not responsible for loss resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer once a reload or digital product has been successfully processed, except where required by applicable law.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.
The total payable amount will be shown before the order is placed.
Available payment methods may include DuitNow QR, Malaysia Bank Transfer, Alipay, WeChat Pay or other payment methods made available by BYLOADS.
Orders will normally be processed only after payment has been confirmed.
5. Processing and Delivery
Digital products and services are delivered electronically or processed using the information supplied by the customer.
For Mobile Recharge, the estimated processing time is approximately 5 minutes to 12 hours after payment confirmation.
Processing times for other products may vary depending on availability, payment verification and supplier processing time.
Occasional delays may occur due to maintenance, service-provider interruptions, verification requirements or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Digital products are generally not refundable once they have been successfully processed, delivered, revealed, redeemed or activated.
Refunds or replacements may be considered where appropriate, including situations involving:
- Duplicate payment
- Failure to deliver the purchased product or service
- Incorrect product supplied by BYLOADS
- Technical failure attributable to BYLOADS or its fulfilment process
Orders that have not yet been processed may be eligible for cancellation.

8. Digital Product Restrictions
Gift cards, PINs, vouchers and other digital codes may have restrictions imposed by their issuer, including country, region, currency, account or platform restrictions.
BYLOADS is not responsible where a valid product cannot be used because the customer selected an incompatible country, region, account or platform.
Customers should verify compatibility before purchasing.
9. Fraud and Misuse
You must not use BYLOADS for fraudulent, unlawful or abusive activity.
We may suspend accounts, hold orders or refuse transactions where reasonably necessary to protect BYLOADS, our customers, payment providers or service partners.
10. Third-Party Services
Some products or services may depend on third-party providers, telecommunications operators, payment providers or digital product issuers.
BYLOADS is not responsible for outages, delays or restrictions caused solely by independent third-party services beyond our reasonable control.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BYLOADS will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our website or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Malaysian law.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The latest version will be published on this page together with the updated date.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Any rights available to consumers under applicable Malaysian law remain unaffected.
